WHAT IS MY REVOLUTION BOOT CAMP (MRBC)?
My Revolution Boot Camp is designed for the everyday working woman, wife and mom. It gives women the opportunity to achieve health and fitness success in a group environment with personal attention. Workouts are designed for all fitness levels and include safe, effective exercises for building strength, toning and endurance. MRBC also provides before-and-after fitness assessments along with the nutritional support you need to get the results you want.

HOW IS MY REVOLUTION DIFFERENT? WHAT SETS YOU APART?
We’ve been in the industry long enough to see the frustration and wasted money that comes from cycles of high hopes and low results. The problem is that gyms don’t work for most women. They don’t care whether you show up or not. And if you do show up, they have no idea what you’re doing. There is little support and, in turn, little accountability. My Revolution has built support, personalized attention and accountability into every day of every week—which is why our program succeeds where gyms fail. Your workouts stay fresh and exciting, and the support you need to succeed is right alongside you every step of the way.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can register right online. Simply click on Registration. Find the MRBC location nearest you, and enter your registration information. It’s that easy.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
We ask that you bring a pair of 5-10 lb. dumbbells, a mat (not a yoga mat), jump rope, water, and appropriate workout shoes. Dress appropriate for the day’s weather conditions. A towel is optional.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MRBC IS RIGHT FOR ME?
MRBC is for all women of every fitness level. Ready for a change from the stuffy old “box gym?” Bored with doing 3 sets of 10-12 reps? Like to be around people and have fun while working hard? If the answer is yes, MRBC is designed for you. You’ll have the accountability of working with multiple certified instructors and meeting other women who are also ready for a change—including real results.

I HAVE SOME HEALTH CONCERNS. CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?
Yes. As professional instructors, we’re here to modify any and every exercises needed, according to your fitness level. Every class includes multiple coaches to give you the attention and guidance to get the most out of your workout. If you have any injuries or health issues that we need to be aware of, please note on them on the registration form.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY LIKE AT MRBC?
Every day is different—that’s the beauty of it. MRBC brings a new challenge to every session. The benefit is your muscles are challenged in a new way every day, leading to results. You may experience some soreness, especially during the first week or two. Once you’ve acclimated to the program, you’ll feel sore less often.

WHAT IF I SIGN UP FOR 3 DAYS A WEEK AND DECIDE THAT I WANT TO DO 5 DAYS A WEEK?
Just see an instructor during your session. There is a huge benefit to be gained when you increase your participation from 3 days to 5 days a week.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS?
MRBC is available 3 days or 5 days each week. If you participate in the full 5 days (which we recommend), you will begin to see results the very first week. If you follow the program and nutritional guidance with maximum effort, you will see results such as improved endurance, increased strength, muscle toning, loss of weight and inches, faster metabolism (which ultimately burns more calories), increased energy, reduced stress, better sleep, higher self-esteem and confidence—all significant results that improve your quality of life.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
If there is a circumstance out of your control, you may be eligible for a refund when you give us notice up to 2 days prior to the first class. However, no refunds are given due to business travel, vacation or illness. No exceptions.

DO WE STILL WORK OUT WHEN IT'S RAINING?
Absolutely. Rain or shine! This is working out boot-camp style. A little rain never hurts anyone—just makes it more fun.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE 4-WEEK SESSION ENDS?
While we know you’ll be satisfied with your results at the end of the 4-week session, we encourage you to continue. All too often, women quit workout programs too soon, just as they begin to see results. They tell themselves that they’ll continue to work out on their own, but they seldom do. It takes three months to make something a habit. We urge our clients to give themselves the time it takes to make fitness this kind of habit—one with the power to change your life.

CAN I JOIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 4-WEEK SESSION?
Absolutely. While there is some progression to the 4-week class, you can join at any time. You will need to purchase the following month as well, and we will simply prorate the month you begin.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO JOIN?
It depends on how many days per week you join MRBC—3, 4 or 5 days a week. For prices, see Registration.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE 3 OR 5 DAYS A WEEK?
In order for MRBC to be most effective, we ask all clients to join for a minimum of 3 days a week. If you can’t make all classes during the week, your results will be slower. Missing a day here and there is no big deal; however, all instructors will notice and hold you accountable to your commitment and goals.

WHAT IS THE PRE-CAMP EVALUATION?
The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following:
  • We will meet with you individually to review your medical history and discuss your health and fitness goals. We can also answer any questions you may have. All instructors will be well aware of your personal fitness level and any health concerns.
  • We‘ll gather a few starting measurements so that you can compare them to your results at the end of the 4 weeks. We’ll record your weight, measure your body fat percentage, and take circumference measurements. Like all information, this will be held in strict confidence.
  • Doing the “O” Course: this a simple yet challenging timed relay that measures your endurance and strength. It helps us determine your starting fitness level and measure your improvements along the way. Don't be surprised if you see a 2-6% reduction in your body fat and weight loss of 5-15 pounds over the 4 weeks.
DO YOU OFFER ANY TYPE OF NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT?
Absolutely! Nutrition is a key component of the program. Whether or not you want to lose weight, it's important to fuel your body with healthy, whole foods instead of processed, refined products. On day one, your lead instructor will give you an access code for Vitabot, our online nutrition program. Your personal online account will make it easy to get the calorie counts of all foods and record what you eat on a daily basis. Your coaches have access to your account in order to help hold you accountable and answer any nutrition questions.
